Moskalkova spoke about Ukraine’s refusal to exchange 70 prisoners of war

The Ukrainian authorities refused to exchange 70 of their soldiers who are in Russian captivity for Russians, informed Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova in her Telegram channel.
“Here is a list of 70 soldiers whom the Ukrainian side did not want to exchange for our guys. As they say, draw your own conclusions,” the Ombudsman said in a statement. IN list were men, the youngest of whom was 22 years old.
