A resident of Kansk, a city in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, was sentenced by the 1st Eastern District Military Court to 7 years in prison for calling for violence against Russians and undermining the Crimean Bridge.
The regional FSB department reported this on Wednesday.
As the court found, the accused posted messages on social networks calling for “committing violent acts against the Russian population, as well as blowing up the Crimean Bridge.”
Law enforcement officers identified illegal actions and opened criminal cases in connection with calls for extremism and terrorism.
The convicted person will spend his punishment in a special regime colony.
