Russian film wins Shanghai International Film Festival

The Russian short film directed by Andrey Krechetov “The House We Lived In” won a prize at the 25th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), according to the Telegram channel of the Russian Embassy in China.
The Golden Cup in the Best Short Film nomination was presented to the director at the winners’ announcement ceremony at the Shanghai Grand Theatre.
13 films from Spain, China, Kazakhstan, France, Canada, Romania and Lebanon claimed for the award in this nomination.
The Shanghai International Film Festival has been held since 1993. Its jury at various times included Oliver Stone, Karen Shakhnazarov and other world-famous filmmakers.
