Russian doctors conducted training for colleagues from the CIS

A group of doctors from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan took advanced training courses in Moscow in the areas of anesthesiology, resuscitation, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with severe brain damage. For several years now, courses have been organized by Rossotrudnichestvo on the basis of the Federal Scientific and Clinical Center for Reanimatology and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.
The training took place in the format of distance lectures, master classes and practical exercises in a specialized Simulation Center and in the head center of resuscitation and rehabilitation using robotic mannequins.
At a meeting of journalists with course participants on October 19, Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Rector of the Institute of Higher and Further Education of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Scientific Center for the Republic of Russia Vitaly Okhlopkov emphasized: “We are developing and implementing new methods, technologies, and we are supported by the state. It is important that doctors come to us, study and then use the knowledge gained.”
More than 150 doctors from the CIS have already completed the training.
“To strengthen cooperation, it is important to develop not only cultural and spiritual ties, but also to work in applied, in particular educational, terms. This program is aimed at exchanging experiences and transferring practical knowledge. Every year the project shows high interest from the professional community, so its geography will expand,” noted Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Pavel Shevtsov.
