Tochka TV was fined 1 million rubles for LGBT propaganda in Baskov’s video
The Tagansky Court of Moscow fined the Tochka TV channel 1 million rubles for promoting LGBT (the LGBT movement in the Russian Federation is recognized as extremist and terrorist, and is also prohibited) in Nikolai Baskov’s video for the song “Wanderer”.
“Tochka TV” was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia “Distribution among minors of information demonstrating non-traditional sexual relationships using the media and (or) information and telecommunication networks.”
The court found that on July 14, 2023, at 17:49, the TV channel aired a video clip of singer Nikolai Baskov without the “18+” sign. The decision on this issue was made on December 12.
At the moment, the artist himself has not commented on this case.
