Flights from Norilsk are delayed by more than 36 hours. How reports The West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office and regional supervisory agencies are conducting an investigation.
Flights are delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions (blizzard). The longest delay is observed for flights of Sibir and NordStar airlines to Moscow, Sochi, Abakan, Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk. Also yesterday, December 19, due to weather conditions, NordStar airline aircraft flying from St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg to Norilsk made an emergency landing at Krasnoyarsk airport. More than 160 passengers, including 6 children, are awaiting departure.
Krasnoyarsk and Norilsk transport prosecutors accepted 15 requests from passengers about the air carrier’s failure to provide all required services while waiting for departure.
