In Russia, it will be created on the purchase of medicines, medical devices, rehabilitation equipment, as well as work and services to adapt housing for military personnel who participated in hostilities in Ukraine. Project Government decrees on the operation of this portal were developed by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
The site will publish information on procurement, including the details of contracts for their implementation. The Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and the Ministry of Labor of Russia will become users of the resource, according to a document developed by the Ministry of Health. The creation of the portal will be financed by grants in the form of subsidies provided to the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation from the federal budget.
The decree with the rules for maintaining a procurement website for the needs of participants in the special operation should enter into force on June 3, 2023, the document says.
How to clarify Vedomosti, in the list of purchased products, in particular, there are drugs and medical devices that are not registered in Russia, as well as rehabilitation means, the list of which is approved by the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Among them, in particular, highly functional prostheses. They are planned to be acquired through “additional financial mechanisms”.

Sergei Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, was appointed Chairman of the Fund’s Supervisory Board, and Anton Kotyakov, head of the Ministry of Labor, headed the Board of Trustees.
