The flight range will be 1000 km, the maximum speed will be over 300 km/h, the payload weight will be up to a ton. The main idea of providing ultrashort takeoff and landing in the project is the use of active wing blowing by a distributed propeller group.
Earlier, SibNIA specialists planned to assemble Partizan by the end of 2022, but the deadlines were postponed due to the replacement of imported components and assemblies with domestic ones, TASS notes.
