Russia has prepared a draft resolution on the settlement of emergencies in healthcare in Ukraine

The Russian side has developed a draft resolution aimed at resolving the crisis situation in healthcare in Ukraine. It is specified that the document is politically neutral. It is designed to promote effective cooperation of all countries in the interests of resolving the public health emergency in Ukraine. It is also aimed at improving the work of the World Health Organization in this direction, Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Sergey Glagolev said.
Speaking at the 76th World Health Assembly, Glagolev stressed the importance of WHO continuing to pay attention to all emergencies without partiality to individual countries and areas. He also expressed the need to monitor situations around the world, provide assistance to those in need, and improve the system for tracking attacks on medical facilities in order to achieve transparency and efficiency.
According to him, it is important in the resolution to pay attention to all aspects of the emergency situation in Ukraine and neighboring countries, as well as to the need to comply with the provisions of international humanitarian law by all parties. He stressed that the resolution does not contain politically motivated accusations and calls on all countries to support it.
