The young skater gave an interview to MK, telling what Yana eats.

“Mom always eats yogurt and drinks kefir, very rarely pies. Only when he comes back from vacation. Meat and fish are very rarely eaten, a maximum of once a year. If you see that your mother eats meat and fish, it’s good luck for you in general,” Sasha Plushenko told us.

It turned out that the Dwarf Gnomych really has good powers of observation. “She always takes pictures of her breakfasts, but she doesn’t eat them,” 10-year-old Sasha unexpectedly betrayed his mother.

Hearing this, Yana, in the company of journalists, of course, had fun and at the same time added that she really eats extremely poorly.

“I don’t really eat much and I exercise. This is fitness with a trainer at home. I myself have a hard time getting into the mode, so someone quietly kicks me. I have people who train me. I can say that I now weigh 53 kilograms, like 25 years ago, ”the star admitted.
