A memo of actions in the event of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles was published by the Department for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations of the Rostov Region.
The memo states that, given the threat of terrorist attacks using UAVs, special procedures must be followed.
In particular, local residents, when they hear the warning signal “Attention everyone!”, need to turn on the radio or television to receive information and the order of the population.
“After this, you need to turn off the power to the room. Close all windows and doors, take documents and communications equipment with you and proceed to a predetermined civil defense protective structure,” the memo says.
