The second stage of mobilization has begun in the Rostov region. The region received a new mobilization task.
“Compliance with all procedures will be monitored, among other things, by representatives of the military and regional prosecutor’s offices, who are included in the commissions,” wrote in his Telegram channel Governor Vasily Golubev.
At the same time, in early October, the head of the region reported that the partial mobilization plan had been implemented in the region. The number of called-up citizens was not announced.
President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in Russia on 21 September. According to the president, citizens with combat experience and the necessary military specialty are the first to be drafted.
