Rostov authorities canceled the previously agreed rally on February 23

The authorities of Rostov-on-Don canceled the previously agreed rally of the Communist Party, scheduled for February 23. E1.RU writes about this.

According to the publication, the organizers received a notice signed by the head of the administration of the Oktyabrsky district of the city, Beburi Meskhi, who suggested that much more than 300 participants could come to the event. This quantity was indicated in the application.

It is noted that last week the Communist Party of the Russian Federation agreed with the authorities to hold a rally dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day and the presidential campaign of the communist candidate.

But the organizers also invited all Rostovites to the event, including residents of dilapidated houses, which, according to Meskhi, “does not correspond to the previously stated goals of the rally.”
