Rospotrebnadzor proposed to cancel the requirement to fill out a questionnaire at the points about COVID-19 for Russians arriving from abroad. The draft resolution has been published on portal normative-legal acts.
The draft proposes to invalidate the paragraph of the decree, which states that foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving on the territory of Russia must fill out questionnaires at border crossing points.
In addition, it is proposed to cancel the clause obliging Russian citizens to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire on the State Services portal before departure to the country.
Also, the territorial body of Rospotrebnadzor recommends organizing random testing for COVID-19 for citizens arriving in Russia from countries where the epidemic situation has worsened.
