Rospotrebnadzor promised not to introduce coronavirus restrictions

There are no plans to introduce restrictive measures due to the growing incidence of coronavirus infection in Russia. The press service of Rospotrebnadzor reported this on Tuesday, September 19.
The department explained this by saying that a seasonal increase in the incidence of COVID-19 is currently being recorded, so for now – unless serious reasons arise – there are no plans to return the mask regime and other restrictions.
At the same time, Rospotrebnadzor allowed the introduction of local measures by individual institutions and organizations.
In particular, in Orenburg, those who became ill with coronavirus infection doubled. Two weeks ago there were 23 patients with COVID-19, last week there were already 53.
In Moscow, they reopened the Covid hospital in Sokolniki, which had been empty for several months, and in the Government House, without waiting for instructions from above, just in case everyone was required to wear masks.
