Rospotrebnadzor opened a hotline on the quality of New Year’s gifts

The hotline of Rospotrebnadzor, dedicated to questions and complaints related to the quality and safety of children’s goods and New Year’s gifts, will work until December 16.
Hotline operators will answer questions regarding children’s clothing and footwear, toys, books and products, tell you how to choose a carnival costume, what to look for when choice sweet New Year’s gifts, as well as help in filing a claim against the seller.
You can contact these issues around the clock by calling the Unified Consulting Center of Rospotrebnadzor 8 (800) 555-49-43.
In addition, calls will be received at the territorial consultation centers of Rospotrebnadzor. Phone numbers can be found on the department’s official regional websites.
Residents of the capital can call the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in Moscow on these issues: 8 (495) 687-40-57, 8 (495) 687-63-60 or by calling the consulting services department of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in Moscow 8 (495) 687 -39-61. Operators accept calls from 9:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 to 16:30 on Friday (lunch from 13:00 to 13:45).
