Roskachestvo experts will protect consumer rights

In Russia, there is a moratorium on business inspections until the end of this year. At the same time, sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary and fire-fighting inspections of the facilities will still be carried out, Roskachestvo reported.
As noted in Roskachestvo, on the one hand, the absence of inspections is good for business, on the other hand, unscrupulous entrepreneurs can abuse this and violate consumer rights.

Under the current conditions of a moratorium on business inspections, the legal department of the National Quality System (Roskachestvo) will provide citizens with services to protect consumer rights.
“In order to prevent abuse by unscrupulous entrepreneurs and ensure the rights of consumers, and also considering that product quality and safety issues are one of the priority state tasks, today Roskachestvo is ready to accept applications from citizens and organizations of any form of ownership on legal issues related to in violation of rights,” said Olga Shanaeva, deputy head of Roskachestvo.
She also added that the issues can be varied: deception of the buyer in the store, inconsistency in the services provided by the tour operator, delay in the delivery of real estate, damaged clothes in dry cleaning and many other consumer problems that Roskachestvo experts can help solve.
