Rosfinmonitoring entered the CEO of the Global Spirits alcohol holding (manufacturing products under the brands Khortytsya, Odessa Cognac Factory, etc.), Ukrainian businessman and blogger Yevgeny Chernyak, into the register of extremists and terrorists, should from the updated registry.
In total, 25 individuals were included in the register, five people were excluded from it.
July 3 UK announced Chernyak wanted. According to the committee, Chernyak and other persons from February to April 2022 organized the transfer of funds to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the amount of “more than 500 million rubles. to carry out terrorist activities” on the territory of Russia.
At the same time, the Investigative Committee reported the detention of two unnamed proxies of a Ukrainian businessman, one of whom was charged under Part 4 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (giving a bribe by a group of persons by prior agreement), and the second – according to paragraphs “a”, “b” part 3 of Art. 291.1 (mediation in a bribe committed by a group of persons on an especially large scale).
