Previously, Roscosmos had already put up non-core assets for auction. Again in 2024, the state corporation plans to sell the property complex on Baumanskaya Street (RUB 1.79 billion), as well as the Voskhod boarding houses near Sergiev Posad (RUB 720 million) and Vostok in the Krasnodar Territory (RUB 665 million). ), sanitary and health complex “Chaika” in the Moscow region (RUB 167 million).
