Roscosmos plans to put up for sale non-core assets with a total value of over 11.4 billion rubles. in 2024, reported RBC representative of a state corporation. More than 150 objects for various purposes will be put up for auction, and proceeds from the sale will be used to improve the financial and economic condition of Roscosmos enterprises.

According to the list of properties offered for sale in 2024, properties will be put up for auction, including in Moscow and the Moscow region, Krasnodar Territory, Samara, and Tver Region. In particular, we are talking about the Salyut recreation center in the Voronovskoye settlement (initial cost – 703 million rubles), a complex of buildings on Leningradskaya Street in Khimki (652 million rubles), 75.66% of the shares of the Makopse Resort boarding house in Sochi (RUB 332 million).

Previously, Roscosmos had already put up non-core assets for auction. Again in 2024, the state corporation plans to sell the property complex on Baumanskaya Street (RUB 1.79 billion), as well as the Voskhod boarding houses near Sergiev Posad (RUB 720 million) and Vostok in the Krasnodar Territory (RUB 665 million). ), sanitary and health complex “Chaika” in the Moscow region (RUB 167 million).

In February, the government approved advertising on spacecraft. We are talking, among other things, about placing brand logos on the Soyuz and Progress spacecraft.
