Representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency reported in the Telegram channel about the restrictions imposed on the operation of Sochi Airport.
“To ensure the safety of aircraft flights, from 23:13 Moscow time on January 24 (Wednesday), restrictions are introduced at the Sochi airport. Aircraft crews, air traffic controllers and airport services are taking all necessary measures to ensure flight safety,” the message says.
The Federal Air Transport Agency also clarified that at 01:20 Moscow time on January 25 (Thursday) three flights heading to Sochi left for an alternate airfield in Mineralnye Vody.
