The former head of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, said that the Russian military should not buy food or cigarettes from local residents “in the front line.” He also believes that military personnel and volunteers should not drink water from wells – commanders should provide all the necessary units.
“I ask the fighters to reduce to zero purchases from the local population in the front line of cigarettes and food,” Mr. Rogozin wrote in his Telegram channel. According to him, this should be taken seriously, since “this is a matter of the health and life of our fighters.” Dmitry Rogozin believes that the military and volunteers from Russia can interact with local residents and give them humanitarian aid, but the food received from them cannot be eaten.
Also, Mr. Rogozin urged the military not to drink water from wells in the “front line.” He stated that all drinking water “should be brought to the warehouses of the units in the required quantity and regularly delivered to the front line.”
Dmitry Rogozin is now in the zone of the military operation in Ukraine and heads the group of military advisers “Tsar’s Wolves”.
