Currently, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has several possible scenarios for forcing the Dnieper, Vladimir Rogov, head of the Zaporozhye movement “We are together with Russia,” told RIA Novosti.
According to him, one of the options could be a crossing over the Dnieper near the cities of Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region. An alternative is a site near Energodar in the Zaporozhye region.
According to Rogov, the Ukrainian authorities are primarily waging a “PR war,” which means that they are not too worried about losses.
“Zelensky … can throw anyone and in any quantity for slaughter if he realizes that he will receive benefits and certain goodies from the West,” Rogov said.
At the same time, according to his estimates, an attempt to force the Dnieper in this situation is “suicide and idiocy.” Rogov also urged not to look for common sense in Kyiv’s actions.
Zaporizhia region became a subject of the Russian Federation following a referendum held in September 2022, the results of which Kyiv does not recognize. Currently, more than 70% of the Zaporozhye region with its administrative center in Melitopol is under Russian control.
