Rescuers told about the danger of fallen grass

The fallen dry grass usually leads to an uncontrolled and rapidly spreading fire, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the recommendations of the main department of civil protection of the Moscow region.
As noted in the recommendations, such fires traditionally end in the mass death of animals, birds, and sometimes people. Rescuers warn that burning a dry injury is much easier to prevent than to extinguish.
“Last year’s dry grass can easily catch fire, and a fire can turn into a natural disaster,” the text of the recommendations says.
At the same time, as noted in the document, the fall destroys not only last year’s grass, but also young shoots.
The document recommends not burning garbage, not setting fire to dry grass, not leaving fires unattended, and carefully extinguishing cigarette butts and burning matches. It is also recommended to keep an eye on children who can start such a fire, and if smoke occurs, immediately call firefighters.
