Representatives of Krasnodar fight for awards in show jumping tournament in Belarus

Kuban riders take part in the Commonwealth Cup in Belarus. The international personal-team show jumping tournament within the republic is held for the first time. Competitions for boys and girls from 12 to 18 years old started on May 18 and will end on May 20.
Athletes compete on the basis of the Republican Center for Olympic Training of Equestrian Sports and Horse Breeding Ratomka. As part of the national team, 2 Kuban citizens will compete for prizes – students of the sports school of the Olympic reserve in equestrian sports – Alexandra Morozova and Amir Legky. The guys will perform in team routes, the winners will be determined on Friday, May 19.
Vice Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Vlasov commented that equestrian sport is developing in 16 Kuban municipalities. There are 6 sports departments in the region, on the basis of which more than 950 children train under the guidance of 43 mentors. Athletes are engaged in Olympic disciplines – show jumping, dressage, triathlon.
