The pilot’s father is retired Colonel of the Missile Forces Yuri Grachev. According to him, after learning about the crash of the plane his son was flying, he went to church.
“We all buried him. We went to church. At the end of the service, a message came that four survived. This is fantastic!” – said the man.
It soon became known that Arkady had indeed escaped. Yuri noted that his son landed the plane in very difficult conditions; he considers this a feat.
Let us remind you that the private Falcon 10 plane was flying to Moscow from Pattaya, Thailand. The flight was an evacuation flight and crashed in a mountainous region of Afghanistan due to problems with fuel and engines.
