Reconstruction of the main football field started in Kemerovo

Specialists have begun dismantling the old artificial turf at the Khimik stadium in Kemerovo. This was announced by the head of the city of Kemerovo Dmitry Anisimov.
The builders plan to complete the dismantling work in June, and then begin preparing the foundation. It will be covered with special materials that will extend the life of the new coating and improve its cushioning properties.
A new field has already been purchased and is on its way to Kemerovo. The reconstruction should be completed by August – this month the Khimik will host a sports festival for young athletes.
Temporarily in Kemerovo another sports facility will not work – a swimming pool in Kusbass Arena.
