Razvozhaev reported the destruction of air targets in Crimea

The Russian military is currently destroying a large number of air targets in various zones of Crimea. This was announced by the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

“The military is working to destroy a large number of different air targets in various areas of the entire peninsula,” – wrote he is on his Telegram channel.

Razvozhaev called on local residents to remain calm and stay in safe places, since during air defense operations, according to him, “the main danger is posed by fragments.”

The governor of Sevastopol announced an air raid alert at 10:50 Moscow time, the alarm was lifted around 13 Moscow time. In addition, local residents could see smoke in the area of ​​Sevastopol Bay. Razvozhaev explained that the military uses standard means of camouflage.

Early in the morning of November 1, an air raid alert was already announced in Sevastopol, and standard camouflage equipment was also used in the area of ​​Sevastopol Bay. Razvozhaev announced the all-clear at 07:20 Moscow time.

October 30 Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported about the interception of eight Storm Shadow missiles during an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack Crimea. According to the governor of Sevastopol, two air targets were shot down over the city. As a result, a 57-year-old man received a moderate injury to his lower leg; his life is not in danger. Debris was also found on the school grounds, in the private sector and on several streets of Sevastopol. “No serious damage” to buildings and communications was recorded, Razvozhaev emphasized.

Crimea is regularly attacked by Ukraine. In Crimea and Sevastopol, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat remains in effect indefinitely. Also, from October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response was established on the peninsula and in the city.
