Rapper Pasha Technik arrested for 13 days for displaying Nazi symbols

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow arrested rapper Pasha Technik (real name Pavel Ivlev) for 13 days for displaying Nazi symbols. The performer’s arm is tattooed with the image of the cartoon character Carlson with a propeller in the shape of a swastika. This was reported press office court.

The performer was found guilty of committing an administrative offense with inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

In the spring of 2022, Pasha Technik demonstrated his tattoos in videos on the Spirit of the Province YouTube channel, among them were a vulture sitting on an iron cross, as well as Carlson, behind whose back was a swastika-shaped propeller.

Pasha Technik is one of the founders of the rap group “Kunteynir”. The rapper received notoriety due to numerous drug-related incidents. In 2009, he was sentenced to five years in prison. From 2009 to 2013, the group “Kunteynir” suspended its activities due to the arrest and subsequent imprisonment of the leader.

Since 2021, the performer has been treated for drug addiction. Pasha Technik had two major overdoses – the last one happened in the summer of 2022, he was taken to intensive care, he fell into a coma. In July of this year, the rapper completed his final treatment at a rehab center and now attends meetings of Narcotics Anonymous.
