The rapper Basta said that he is psychologically ready to go on the field to play for his team FC SKA-Rostov. However, before this he needs two months for physical training.
The club owner also spoke about grandiose plans for the development of the football club in 2024.
– This will be a challenging year for us. We want to show the fans that we will continue to fight for our colors, our city,” the rapper said at a press conference.
In January 2024, the Rostov team SKA-Rostov withdrew from the professional football league. The club moved to the Media League.
The decision is due to the fact that it costs from 60 to 90 million a year to maintain the team. Now the rules for owning a team have become stricter, which also influenced the decision.
Vasily Vakulenko considers the Media League to be as serious a place as the professional football league. In his opinion, in the media sphere, professionals in their field will be able to demonstrate and prove this status.
– We didn’t go anywhere and didn’t kidnap anyone. This is a long trip. We will promote our club, our colors,” Vakulenko added.
