The future elite of the country will be formed by fighters of the Northern Military District, and not by participants in “naked parties.” Vladimir Putin announced this during a meeting with officials in St. Petersburg.
“It is from these people that we must form the country’s elite in the future, and not from those who expose their genitals or show their butts,” the president said, addressing members of the government and regional officials.
At the same time, he noted that such “eccentrics” are “also needed.” “Let them (be),” he agreed.
“But the elite of the country, into whose hands Russia can be transferred, must be formed from these people (members of the Northern Military District),” Putin emphasized.
This is the second time the head of state publicly comments on Anastasia Ivleeva’s “naked party.”
Earlier, at a meeting with student participants of the North Military District, Putin said that the participants in the special operation “should form the basis of our state for the medium and longer term historical perspective.”
Such people, in his opinion, are needed by the Fatherland at all times.
