Putin: Russian T-90 Proryv tank is the best in the world today
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the domestic T-90 Proryv tank, without any exaggeration, is the best tank today, but stated the need to develop new generations of equipment.
“Design engineers know what needs to be worked on, and they are already working today,” Putin said during a conversation with Uralvagonzavod workers.
Putin said that “some of the equipment will go away” and cited the T-62 and T-72 tanks developed in Soviet times as examples.
