The head of state began with a story about test systems and problems with identifying infections, and ended with an anecdote about the USSR army, noting that the Russian army does not have this now.
“Two servicemen come: one has a headache, the other has a stomach ache. Take a tablet in half: one half, one half, the other. Go take your pills. You will be healthy in a week,” Putin said.
He added that it’s the same with a cold, which goes away either in seven days or in a week.
