Russian President Vladimir Putin sang the Russian anthem a cappella at the closing of the First Movement congress. The event takes place at the Russia exhibition at VDNKh.
The children began to sing the anthem. The President took turns holding the microphone to the participants in the movement and at the same time sang some words himself.
At the closing of the congress, the president said that the “First Movement” includes about 5 million people. According to him, 7 million people took part in the organization’s events.
“I cordially welcome all participants in the First Movement congress, all the guests. This is a huge squad. Three thousand people came to Moscow. And in total there are already 4.7-5 million people in the “First Movement” in a short period of time. This is a huge army, these are interesting and beautiful things,” said Vladimir Putin (quoted by TASS).
