Russian President Vladimir Putin recommended that the all-Russian public movement “People’s Front For Russia” establish a commemorative badge for volunteers who help combatants and their families. The head of the executive committee of the Popular Front, Mikhail Kuznetsov, was appointed responsible for implementation, according to a message on website Kremlin.

The recommendation was included in the list of the president’s instructions following a meeting with participants in the “Everything for Victory” forum, which took place on February 2. The deadline for execution of orders is April 27.

The Popular Front was created in 2011 to monitor the implementation of decrees and instructions of the president. According to the organization, the President’s message to the Federal Assembly for 2023 was fulfilled by 86% during the year, and for 2021 – only by 61%.
