Other military personnel also received their awards in silence. Vladimir Putin said that this time a particularly large group of NWO participants is present at the ceremony. Ten people were awarded the title of Heroes of Russia and 10 more – Orders of Courage.

All the military, approaching the supreme commander, tried to strike a step, but crutches were waiting for one at the door, and a wheelchair for the other.

Among the awarded were three Cossacks fighting as part of the Defense Ministry units. As Hero of Russia Oleg Likontsev said, this is the first time in history when a representative of the Cossacks receives such a high award. “Cossacks cannot be buried in the villages when the Motherland is in danger. We say: “either the chest is in crosses, or the head is in the bushes,” the chieftain explained.

In addition to the military, orders and medals were also received by employees of the National Guard and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who, according to Putin, “selflessly defended the constitutional order of Russia” on June 24, that is, on the day of the Prigozhin rebellion. It is noteworthy that two policemen – Timur Mirzokhodzhaev and Viktor Pryadkin – were awarded the medal “For Courage”, established after the start of the SVO – in March 2023. It is the “junior” in relation to the medal “For Courage” and is awarded for bravery and courage shown “in the course of combat and other operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests of the Russian Federation.” Unfortunately, it was not possible to find out what feat Mirzokhodzhaev and Pryadkin accomplished on June 24.

Civilian laureates turned out to be much more talkative than military ones. But even they first of all spoke not about themselves, but about Vladimir Putin. Awarded on the occasion of his 75th birthday with the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, I degree, Vladimir Vinokur noted the excellent physical shape of the president. “Some leaders of states cannot get up the ladder and greet them without knowing whom. And you recognized everyone, ”he joked and showed a mini-parody of Joe Biden greeting the void.

Bishop of the Yekaterinburg diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Alexei Kulberg said that in every second note handed over for health, the name of the head of state must be found. “This is a sign that your deeds, ministry and your personality are deeply imprinted in the hearts of Russians,” the priest explained to Putin, “God grant you many years.”

The writer Brontoy Bedyurov drew attention to the fact that the award ceremony takes place on a “twice significant date”: August 2 – Ilyin’s day and the day of the full moon. This, in his opinion, is a good sign. In turn, the former paratrooper, and now the head of the Righteous Russian Federation, Sergei Mironov, remembered the Airborne Forces holiday. “We will definitely raise the banner of victory over the ruins of Nazism. Nothing else is given! Glory to the Airborne Forces!” the politician chanted.

The list of ceremony participants included Ramzan Kadyrov’s mother, Aimani. In fact, she was awarded the Order of Honor in the fall of 2022. But at that time, for reasons of epidemiological safety, the president practically did not hold ceremonial events. The invitation of Aimani Kadyrova to the Kremlin, according to MK, was a personal request of the head of Chechnya. Earlier, his wife, Medni, received the award from the hands of the president.
