Putin ordered to pay 21.3 billion rubles annually to the movement of children and youth

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to annually allocate funds from the federal budget to the All-Russian Public and State Movement of Children and Youth. The document also notes that every year the Ministry of Education will receive 383 million rubles. for the program for the development of social activity of primary school students “Eagles of Russia”. Its goal is the development of social activity in the lower grades, maintaining interest in learning and the formation of basic moral values.

Law on the Creation of the Movement of Children and Youth was signed Vladimir Putin on 14 July. It will be called the “Russian movement” Big Change “” and the structure will resemble the Soviet “pioneer movement”.
