Putin offered to pay the capital in new regions: where to get the money

Of course people need help. Now many internally displaced persons are complaining that since January 1, 2023, all material payments to them have been completely stopped, and 10 thousand for pensioners, and 4 thousand for children from the president, it is not clear what pensions are and many are denied, materiel – this will be such a financial help for families. Especially since everyone has kids.

Although even if 4 thousand rubles were not found for children, then where will 700+ thousand maternity capital come from? And this should be paid not gradually, as it was before, but immediately to everyone from 0 to 16 years old.

There are actually many more questions.

For example, how are all declared payments planned to be formalized by law? In hindsight, carry out accounting and budgeting, which we already have a deficit?

And will we pay starting from the first child (as it is now) or from the second, as it happened initially in 2007?

And what specific amount, since it was increased several times, taking into account inflation. If at the beginning of the project, the figure was impressive then (but not today) 250 thousand rubles. Then from February 1, 2023, when the first child is born, they give 589.5 thousand rubles, at the birth of a second child (provided that the first was born before 2007) – 779 thousand rubles.

What year is it in the yard to count?

Of course, as the president said, our economy is now experiencing an unprecedented rise, it does not care about all the sanctions, so pulling these funds out of the former Pension Fund is a piece of cake. He is already bursting with the collected funds of citizens. There is so much money that since 2014 the funded part of our pension has been frozen, and all contributions from working Russians are immediately spent on paying pensions to current pensioners.

Delov something! We will also extend the freeze, especially since it has already been extended until the end of 2023! Who knew that Russia would grow with four regions at once with a total population of about 7-8 million people. The number of children under 16 years old is unknown, but let’s assume that their share is on average 20% of the population. And they all need money. Straightaway. They have already been born. Many of them are even 16.

At the same time, it should be taken into account that the majority of new Russians, who are undoubtedly not to blame for anything, have never paid taxes to the Russian budget and have not worked for our country for a single day.

The prospect of paying maternity capital to ex-Ukrainian children from 0 to 15 years old, to be honest, did not particularly inspire Russian women either. I spoke with several women who expressed their reasonable doubts about this.

“My daughter was born in 2017. And I didn’t get anything for her, because they began to pay for the first-born only from 2020. I also want this money. Why is my child worse? – says 37-year-old Mila.

“But I didn’t get for the first one, who was born in 2009. The question is, why? And if it’s unfair that all young mothers are now paid for their first children, I’m still ready to put up with it, but I consider it definitely unfair to pay for already grown children born in Ukraine, ”says Olga from Moscow.

However, the problem may resolve itself if you carefully listen to the presidential speech further. He devoted a lot of thought to the oligarchs and the fact that they should become patriots and work for their native economy, especially since they still have nowhere to go – the borders are closed, yachts are confiscated, and ordinary people, sitting in their kitchenettes, hate them.

So why shouldn’t they pay for the maternity capital program for new Russians? Support, so to speak, domestic demographics.
