All participants in the special operation in Ukraine should have equal rights, declared Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Russian organizing committee Pobeda.
“It is important to provide equal rights to everyone, I want to emphasize this, to all, without exception, participants in a special military operation: both military personnel, and volunteers, contract soldiers, mobilized and law enforcement officers who take part in a special military operation,” he said.
The military personnel, as well as their families, must be provided with all the benefits and support measures required by law, the president emphasized. He also thanked volunteers and public organizations, including the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, for their work in this direction.
