Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the head of the Ministry of Transport, Vitaly Savelyev, to quickly resolve the issue of subsidizing transportation to Kaliningrad only for residents of the region and students. The president also said that the governor of the region, Anton Alikhanov, had previously made such a proposal.
