The instruction was given to the acting heads of these regions and the Russian government. A report on its implementation must be submitted by September 1, 2023.
“With the participation of the Russian Historical Society Association, develop a set of measures to restore destroyed and overhaul damaged buildings, modernize technological and exposition equipment, storage areas of local history and military history museums of these constituent entities of the Russian Federation, create modern expositions in these museums, and also approve and ensure the phased implementation of these measures,” the order for site Kremlin.
