Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Education and Rosmolodezh to intensify work with the youth of the Donetsk, Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to “harmonize interethnic relations and strengthen the all-Russian civic identity.” The departments must also carry out information work among students and schools to “explain the causes and objectives of the special military operation.”
