Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin did not discuss personnel issues at a meeting yesterday, July 4, late in the evening, Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said. According to him, Mr. Putin regularly maintains a dialogue with Mr. Mishustin.
“The government systematized the data, and so, indeed, we do not show these meetings every time. Of course, they are in constant, daily dialogue, but more often it happens over the phone, less often it happens during face-to-face meetings,” Mishustin said at a press call in response to a question from Kommersant FM.
On the night of today, July 5, the Kremlin announced that Vladimir Putin spent meeting with Mikhail Mishustin. During the conversation, the Prime Minister presented his forecast regarding the economic situation in Russia. He expects that in the absence of force majeure in 2023, GDP will grow by more than 2%.
