The head of state called on the meeting participants to “think about this and make appropriate decisions that will change the situation for the better from the point of view of protecting the rights of teachers in this case.”
Earlier, Vladimir Putin, congratulating teachers on their professional holiday, noted that the work of teachers, their patience, care and support help students discover their abilities and gain knowledge and spiritual values that will become a reliable support in their entire future lives.
However, teachers themselves are often treated with prejudice, which became obvious after the story of Tatyana Kuvshinnikova, a teacher of Russian language and literature at School No. 13 in Barnaul.
