It is necessary to accelerate the process of creating an institution of human rights ombudsmen in new regions, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Putin addressed the participants of the meeting of the All-Russian Coordination Council of Ombudsmen. His telegram was published on the Kremlin website.
“It is important to establish clear, prompt interaction with local administrations, to speed up work on creating an institution of commissioners in these regions,” the message says.
Corresponding regional positions already exist in the LPR and DPR.
