It included firefighters, police, doctors, rescuers, the FSB, the National Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Defense, the government, the presidential administration, the Federation Council, the Foreign Ministry, the Accounts Chamber, Rosfinmonitoring, the Russian Academy of Sciences, heads of subjects, heads of the Duma apparatus.
The number of cars with special signals is limited. For example, the National Guard may have 35 such cars, the Kremlin administration – 22 pieces.
