Putin allowed IT specialists to stay in Armenia

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during his speech at the Eastern Economic Forum, commented on the situation with the outflow of IT specialists from Russia, which began in February against the background of the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
According to Putin, if the conditions are such that now it is more profitable and calmer for people to work in Armenia, “then let them work.”
He added that one can work in Yerevan, but actually live in Moscow. Many have already returned, realizing that nothing terrible is happening, he concluded.
