A petition posted on the Change.org website calls on Alla Pugacheva to give a New Year’s address on New Year’s Eve. The author of the petition, Artem Timonov, created it a few days ago, and during this time it has already been signed by more than two thousand users.
For the first time, the singer, People’s Artist of Russia, congratulated Russians on the New Year in 1995. Her speech was then called “Pugacheva’s Address to the Peoples of the Russian Federation” and was presented on the NTV channel.
Last fall, Alla Pugacheva left for Israel with her family, after which she faced criticism on social networks. In response to this, the artist called happiness the hatred of people whom she “always could not stand.”
In early November, the singer returned to Russia for a short time and published a post in which she tried to justify herself for making harsh statements about her compatriots.
