They might be more modest.
Against the backdrop of the ongoing mobilization in Russia as part of a special operation on the territory of Ukraine, the public has questions about whether the New Year’s “Blue Lights” will take place this year. Producer Dmitry Ashurov is convinced that no one will cancel these events, although they may be a little less festive.
In conversation with the Blitz.plus portal Ashurov said that “Lights” will be on television in any case. According to the producer, the New Year’s network on federal channels will be packed with New Year’s programs.
The expert admitted that they may not pass in the same standard as it was in previous years. He explained that the events will not be so large-scale and not so festive, but they will definitely not remove entertainment from the air.
In conclusion, Ashurov added that everything should be up-to-date, and “in no case should you remove New Year’s programs from the air,” and this will definitely not be allowed.
