According to the results of monitoring the quality and safety of pasteurized milk of 70 brands, the products of eight manufacturers received the highest score.
For the study, products of the 20 most popular brands among Russians were taken, which account for 40% of the market share, as well as pasteurized milk of 50 brands sold in certain regions of the Russian Federation.
What is pleasing is that none of the studied samples revealed excesses of the norms for the presence of antibiotics.

In most samples, no deviations were found in microbiological parameters. However, in the milk of the trademarks Amka, Belye dew, Dmitrogorsky Product, My Price, Privolzhskoye, Svoe-Nashe and Chishminsky Dairy Plant, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group were found. Also, in samples of these products and milk of the EGO brand, an increased number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms was recorded.
The products of the Amka, Baltymskoye Moloko, Vologda Products, Vologzhanka, Dmitrogorsky Product, From Vologda, Irbitskoye, Every Day, Red Price trademarks did not pass the taste and smell test. ”, “Maikop”, “Milk of Our Milking”, “My Price”, “Nytvensky Butter Plant”, “Snezhok”, “Chishminsky Dairy Plant” and “EcoVakino”. Experts identified a discrepancy in color in milk samples of the Agrocomplex Vyselkovsky, Altai Burenka, Every Day, Privolzhsky Dairy Plant, Nytvensky Butter Plant, Severnaya Dolina and Snezhok brands.
Signs of falsification were found only in samples of three brands: “My Price”, “Privolzhskoye” and “Own-Our”. The phytosterols present in them indicate the addition of vegetable fats to the product, which is unacceptable. This product, as well as milk of the Chishminsky Dairy Plant brand, was rejected by Roskachestvo.
But the pasteurized milk of the trademarks Vologda, Sincerely Yours, Summer Meadow, Favorite Milk, Milk of the Orenburg Region, Correct Milk, Carved Palisade and Globus did not cause any complaints from specialists and received the highest score of 5 points. Two trademarks lagged behind the leaders by 0.3 points: Gorodetsky Dairy Plant and O’Key.
