King Charles III of Great Britain did not send an invitation to Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle to the wake of Queen Elizabeth II, because only a narrow circle of members of the monarch’s family should be present at the event. This assumption was made by the butler of Princess Diana Paul Burrell.
“I don’t think the King had any intention of inviting Meghan and Harry to this event… A family event for loved ones,” he told GB News.
Earlier, the Sun newspaper wrote that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle were not invited to the anniversary of the Queen’s death, which, as the tabloid reported, should be held in the circle of family members at the royal house of Balmoral.
